Need a source file hierarchy reporting tool

I'm looking for a tool which will examine the source code files for a program and generate a hierarchy tree showing the relationships between the files and the routines they contain.
Can anyone suggest such a tool?

You want an IDE. Which programming language is your program written in?

I have code written in c, c++, Ada and PL/I.

I have looked at kdevelop and eclipse, but neither seems to provide a report of the hierarchy of source files. Also, I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out how to get existing source files into either of these tools.
