Yes, you can install webmin and SARG.

Squid Analysis Report Generator
Version: 1.200
Last Updated April 11 2005 Website HTTP Jamie Cameron Configure and schedule SARG, a tool for generating reports from Squid and schedule SARG, a tool for generating reports from Squid access logs.
This module is BSD Licenced

http://webadminmodules.sourceforge.net/?page=Servers

You can open your windows web browser and drill down to the Nth degree of each user browsing goat pr0n. Sarg will need to be installed on the squid proxy of course.

You can give a try to Cyberoam iView.
This is an open source solution which provides centralized logging and reporting for multiple devices including UTMs, firewalls, billing solutions and proxies like squid.

I bet it will solve your purpose more efficiently.
Download it from sourceforge.
