Nagios 2.9 + ping timing

Hey guys,

I decided to deploy this network monitor on my network. It works amazing. I am just wondering on how to set to to ping the hosts every 5 seconds or so. Because sometimes if the server reboots it wont catch it depending on the queue. So i want it all to go out at the same time.

Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks
