hi all
i'm trying to run mysqlhotcopy on the devserver but it gives me this error

i've located mysql.pm, and it is on the computer
libmysqlclient.so cannot be found however
i'm using redhat 9 with mysql-4.1.7 installed via rpm (benchmark, client, server, and devel)
anyone know what the issue is?
