music cd downloads

I realize I should search first, but since these software downloads keep changing on a daily basis.....lime wire, Morpheus, etc........which is the one to down load today? I prefer graphic interfaces by the way. I still have trouble getting downloaded software working unless it is a rpm. I will just have to concentrate on getting one to work for my mandrake 9.1 I have had some success in following instructions here and do have several downloaded programs working fine. Thanks........ John

You could use Kazaa Lite (throught Wine), Gnutella or others.
eMule/eDonkey maybe.

I cover how to install many of the ones mentioned on my guide.
I find kazaalite thru wine is best in terms of database size, but you really need to be selective with music cause there are a lot of idiots out there that keep garbage in their shared folder and others that have clue how to rip.
