MSK doesn't load module.

I am using MDK 10.1 with HSF connexent Modem and installed it's driver but problem is that MDK doesn't load the module and I have to run the hsfconfig upon each boot, the modules are present in /lib/modules/misc and I use the same compiled module meaning don't compile every time. The file /etc/module.conf has entries of these modules. The contents are as

*********************************************************************
alias autofs autofs4
alias /dev/ttySHSF[0-9]* /dev/ttySHSF
alias /dev/modem /dev/ttySHSF
alias char-major-240 /dev/ttySHSF
alias /dev/cuaHSF[0-9]* /dev/ttySHSF
alias char-major-241 /dev/ttySHSF
options hsfserial serialmajor=240 calloutmajor=241
alias char-major-242 hsfosspec
alias /dev/hsfdiag hsfosspec
alias /dev/hsfdiag* /dev/hsfdiag
alias char-major-243 /dev/hsfdiag
options hsfosspec dcpmajor=242 diagmajor=243
probeall /dev/ttySHSF hsfpcibasic2 hsfmc97ich hsfmc97via hsfmc97ali
probeall hsfserial hsfpcibasic2 hsfmc97ich hsfmc97via hsfmc97ali
***********************************************************************

Exactly the same driver I use in Fedora Core 2 and it lodas it on every boot and it's /etc/modules.conf contents are exactly the same. I am waiting for ur help. What is the problem.
Any Idea?
Thanks
