Smile Mplayerplug-in configuration (help)

Hi,
This is my issue. I am running Suse 9.0 with firefox. I have Mplayer installed as a standalone application and it works fine. I installed the Mplayeplug-in and I am having a bit of a problem there. When I try to play a WMV file from firefox I get box that pops up and wants to download the file to the desktop, if I do that I have no problem playing the wmv file from the standalone mplayer application. All other files like quicktime files or mpeg files open fine in the browser and play well like movie trailers etc. I went into the mplayerplug-in config file and changed the value from 0 to 1 which was supposed to allow support for the wmv files but that did not work. Also, I noticed that there are not controls on the plug in to start or stop a file like you have in a normal media player. Also on mpeg files the plug-in tries to fill the whole screen with the media image. I can't help but feel I am missing something in the setup of the plug-in. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Frank
