Mandrake bootloader won't go away!

I just recieved a laptop which started with a 9 gig windows NTFS partition, but now I want the entire HDD to be NTFS for windows. I got partition magic 8, deleted the ext3 and swap partitions for Mandrakelinux 10.1, but whenever I boot my laptop, I still see the bootloader asking me to choose between linux and windows! How do I get rid of this? Btw, I am not giving up on linux, starting a USB key project monday (Mandrake Move). Thanks!

try booting from windows cd, use the rescue console and do a fixmbr

You can also use a windows boot disk and do "fdisk /mbr"
