What you want is Webmin and Sarg. They can be found here
http://www.webmin.com for management of Squid with a browser
http://sarg.sourceforge.net/sarg.php for monitoring the usage of Squid.

Webmin is an excellent browser-based administrator for all kinds of things (Apache, Squid, Sendmail, Postfix, etc). It has plug-ins for so many servers it's crazy. It's great for newbie admins as well as making minor changes remotely.

SARG -Squid Analysis Report Generator is used to track where your users go on the web, as well as how much time and bandwidth each person uses. It also tells you what is being downloaded by the users and who is downloading it. We use it with SquidGuard to keep the Pr0n and other such junk off our company network.

Webalizer can analyse squid logs and present it in a graph.

Awstats can analyse squid logs and present it in a graph.

In addition to that squid has its own web interface (additional) which can be used to monitor the cache.

Sarg outputs its reports to a directory in your htdocs directory for Apache. That is, if you have Apache installed.
