MailScanner - How do i set an allow rule

I want a certain file (executable file ) which i am sending to everyone in the organisation not to be detected as a virus by MailScanner.

I 've tried to do a few guesses but it didn't work out

How can i write a correct allow rule for Myfile.exe not pass through

I 've tried

1 allow Myfile\.exe$ - -

2 allow Myfile\.\*$ - -
