Lost My GUI when I tried to Install ATI Drivers

I am running Mandriva Power Pack 2006 on my Dell Laptop, it has a 32Mb Ati Video Card and I tried to intall the drivers by following the instructions on the website and now I can't Get KDE to load or any Xserver. How it goes is you download the .run file use the sh command to install then when the install is over you run this command. /usr/X11R6/bin/aticonfig --initial But after I ran the command is when I had the problems, now it wont load into an x-server. Someone please help, I use this for school and need to fix it.

You did make a backup of your /etc/X11/xorg.conf file, right? If so, just restore it. If not, you can rerun xorgcfg to get your X server reconfigured. However, if you post the exact error you get when doing startx with the ATI drivers maybe someone here can help you fix the problem with them.
