Looking for an alternitive to DVD Shrink

There is a Windows program that i use to use all the time--DVD Shrink. It allowed me to make copies of protected dvds. I was wondering if i will just have to forget about it or if there is a capable substitute. Although i haven't tried wine yet(i have it--i just don't know how to use it). Any info would be much apprecated

I still use dvd shrink. I use it and a couple of other win apps with crossover. It's cheap and easier than wine to set up... Tho wine is pretty easy these days... dvd shrink runs well on wine/crossover.

thanks--i have wine--but i've never used it and don't know how.--guess its time to learn!
