i've just install Gaim 0.79 , it run ok , but i couldn't login YM by Gaim. A error message appear : Unable to connect with my YM account. But my YM account still login ok on YM.Plz help me
Your GAIM is too old, I think-- hasn't Yahoo changed their protocols several times in the last month to prevent "alternate" clients (for both Windows and Linux) from being able to connect to them?
There were certainly at least 2 updates to GAIM to work around this.
Or, you could, as suggested, use the Linux Yahoo Messenger client.
