Hello. My first post. Have not used Linux.Unix for years and have recently tried to load Ubuntu 7.04 into Microsoft Virtual PC 2007. First problem was the mouse not working. This is solve by adding i8042.noloop to the boot options. Then when loaded could not find where the boot options were kept. I'm sure you all know but just for other newbies like me they are in /boot/grub/menu.lst.
Sorry if this is not of any interest but I am sure that the site will keep me happy for a while.
