Question Linux Mint in Microsoft Virtual PC 2007. Mouse problems.

Hi all!

I've just installed (successfully) Linux Mint beta 4 in Microsoft Viritual Pc 2007, but I can't get _anything_ to work in the linux "window".
I'm suppose to install "Update Virtual Machine Additions" in MVP, then I should get mouse (and allot more) support, but it won't work.

I have access to the console.

Is there anyone that can tell me what to do? It's my first Linux installation (and using) so please tell me like I'm a five year old ;-)

Hope for some help from you folks...

Regards
John-André

If you don't manage with the help of a microsoft-oriented forum, I can suggest you to try qemu

It works well from what I tried.

edit:
well, Linux mint also has to work for all this to work..

I have never used Microsoft Virtual PC, though I understand that more recent versions of it *do* support Linux (earlier versions would only run versions of Windows, I am told).

However, given that it is Microsoft, I would consider the support for any non-Windows environment to be questionable.
