I have problems with running pulseaudio and I suspect the reason is that it uses libpthread-stubs.so instead of libthread.so. Removing libthread.stubs and recompiling insane amount of software is something I'd like rather to avoid. I'm not sure if this can help, but compiling pulseaudio alone and somehow forcing it to use regular libpthread could save me a lot of work. However it won't unless I know how to do it.
So, is there any way to actualize my plan?
