LG DVD Player to Computer

Hi all

Running Fedora release 13 (Goddard) Desk Top

I have a DVD home player LG model, I wish to contect that to my PC instead of using the DVD Rom unit
I've installed a TV card, unsure to what the model is, all I can say it has the Red, White, Yellow, antena, sound slots.

how can I tell if the PCI card is running or using any drivers on Fedora release 13 (Goddard)
what video software can I use to view the DVD player

Any idea's please

TT ( karl )

found a link that gave me two options for a player
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...-sound-260926/

XawnTV or TVTime

Xawn, sound and picture work well, cant get full screen ( hence my screen is a Acer G245H )

TVTime is black and white and screen jumps..

is there a good media player for what I'm trying to do
