Lexmark Z65p Drivers

Hello, Iam a very new Linux user and am looking for i think it would be called a CUPS file that has the drivers for my printer. If some knows where to find this and how to install it would be much appreciative to them. Thanks in advance.

BTW as i said i am a very very novice linux user, so if someone knows of this driver if they could also list how to install it in SuSE 9.1 with KDE 3.2 would be great.

I think you've got Linux printing a little confused.

First, CUPS is a program.

Here is a guide to setting up printing in Suse:
http://portal.suse.com/sdb/en/2003/0...ichten-90.html

Here is some more about CUPS that is Suse specific:
http://susefaq.sourceforge.net/faq/cups.html

If you are using a local printer connected to your desktop setting up printing using a newer printer isn't hard.
There are nice graphical interfaces that will help you, usually under System Admin tools.

And Welcome to the wonderful world of the Linux operating system.
