Angry kybd/mouse prob---irq conflict??

Hi all,
I have win2k on sda (scsi hd 0)and it works fine. After loading RH7.2 on sdb(after reboot of RH) I have lost kybd and mouse.Whilst coming up Kudzu says " removing mouse".I have the RH log-in screen but cannot input anything. On removing the Network card,I have the kybd/mouse and can log-in.
Any ideas on how to resolve whatI believe is a IRQ coflict.BTW the mouse is PS/2.

you can try putting the NIC card into a different PCI slot. You can also try going into the bios and changing what IRQ the PCI slot you put the NIC into uses.

what NIC card and what Motherboard are you using?
