knoppix - irix compatibility

hi,

a friend of mine has a pc with irix on it, but after so many years of not using the root pasword, she has forgotten it.

I was wondering wether knoppix would work on irix to change the pasword.

any other method for changing the pasword is also welcome.

No, it wouldn't work since it is completely different architecture.
