Exclamation Kde Corrupted :(:(


hi all, im using mandriva 2009.0 and i updated (not distributation upgrade) and the power went off then i started mandriva up and everything is all corrupted the taskbar is corrupted the clock is HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE at the top right of the screen and its just all...........................................................CORRUPTED!

Write clearly, and describe the problem. Otherwise, no one can help you...we don't know what your system is doing, what messages you're getting, other than "it's CORRUPTED!!!".

It's a known problem, the same issue with the clock, etc.

The solution usually is :

'mv ~/.kde/share/config/ config-back'
( or just delete ~/.kde )

... then log out, .. and log in again,
and a new set of configuration files will be written to
/home/"username"/.kde/share/config/
.....
