im trying to burn an audio cd from mp3s in k3b and it keeps giving me a cant unlock cd drive error. im using kernel 2.6.9. i have burned dvds in k3b just fine.
here is the output. i see stuff abotu scsi but i didnt think 2.6 kernels needed scsi emulation so i didnt compile it into the kernel. and besides it worked fine butnin dvds.

Having the same problem with FC3 (with the 2.6.9 kernel) after updating from FC2 (with the 2.6.5 kernel). It's got me lost.

hey i read some stuff about 2.6.9 and cdrecord and stuff and i think the only way to fix it is by patching the kernel or similar things to that, i think this problem was present in 2.6.8 as well so i just went back to 2.6.7 which isnt that different.
