I am looking for some software that aloud me to charge for the use of the Internet. At the moment I have 7 computers running Debian. Also, I have some wifi-spots that I want to charge for the use to. Soon I would get a pentium 2 computer, that I want so use it as a geteway.

In this gateway, I would like to have some software that aloud me to charge for the use of the Internet. It would be nice if I can have prepay cards so that the users of my Debian computers or any laptop on the wifi would have to use an user and an acount to use the Internet.

I would prefer something in php, or that runs on a web server so that no software would be needed to be installed on the clientes.

Something like this exists?, or something similar that I could change?

I am new in this area, and I don't know how I should search for this kind of software
