is there a program for organizing GIF images?

I recently was given a folder of GIFs of the Platinum Grit webcomic.
Is there a program that would organize them in such a manner that closing one would open the next? (essentially in the same way that one reads them online)

Thanks

Most picture viewers have arrows buttons that cycle through the folder one picture at a time.

Maybe a bash script would also work?
