Thumbs up Irfanview --> Xnview

Long-time Irfanview user.
When eBay first set limits to ad-picture-size, and my cellphone-provider started charging for data over-runs,,, Irfanview suddenly became a necessity.
I Rotate,Crop,Re-size,Convert hi-res photos to 'ad-size' jpg snaps.

Don't you just adore iphone eMails containing : "lookie my cute cat pictures, shot at the highest resolution possible !"
I create a Irfanview-thumbnail-page, and destroy all the originals.

Having tested several other Linux programs, I settled on XnView 'MP'.
From a GUI-user prospective, it is the closest to Irfanview.

Note: My 24"iMac overheats when running Linux/Wine/Irfanview.

Good to hear. Do you have a specific question that you want to ask, or issue that you need to resolve?

I think he's just saying that XNView is cool.

Nothing wrong with that.

Of course, there isn't. I use it myself. I was just wondering if there was something we could help him/her with.
