Problems with xnview

I installed F9. I try to install xnview - I go on their site, click on the rpm (first), choose "open wirh software installer". It is installed, I enter in the menu (graphics) and run it. It open the main menu. When I choose any option from it, it close !
Any suggestion ?

Hi,

Not too much to go on....

If you start xnview from a terminal you probably get some more info on what is going on (what's going wrong....). Also consider using the -v option to get more details (just type xnview -v in the terminal and hit enter).

Maybe you get some helpfull info. If the output is unclear post it here, so we can have a look.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

Looks like you don't have some of the fonts installed.

I'm not a fedora user, but a google search came up with this page:

Quote:
search for x-11 fonts with the fedora software managment tool (pirut, yumex, etc)
install all (missing/not install)xorg-x11-fonts*
Hope this helps.
