Installing Win2k after Linux FC3

Hi,

i want to install win2k and FC3 on the same HD, how do i go about doing this?

I tried to make 2 partitions with fdisk (win98) and on the first i tried to load FC3 but Anaconda or DiskDruid won't let me and i had to remove all partitions, i need win2k on the same drive for some MS VB stuff.

thanks

Hi,
Remember to install Windows FIRST, then let Linux install its own bootloader (GRUB or LILO).
These will go fine to set up a dual-boot, whereas Win does not even see Linux partitions.

If you already have win98 on your disk as I think is the case, just install Fedora.
If you have to format everything, use a Live CD like Knoppix, use cfdisk, which will let
you choose the kind of file system you want and toggle the first parttion to be a bootable one.
Cheers
