Installing SuperKaramba?

Hi,
im using Suse 9.1 and im trying to install SuperKaramba but when i run the ./configure file i get the following error:

checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.0) (headers and libraries) not found. Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.

when i go to Yast qt3 is installed already. Does anyone know where I can download QT or QT-devel so I can run the configure and install this program?? its driving me crazy LOL
ive also tried www.rpmseek.com butit doesnt seem to have a version for Suse 9.1
