installation problem regarding pcre and apache


hello freinds ,
i have install pcre -7.4 into /usr directory and after that
apache service is not able to start showing error :

Starting httpd: /usr/sbin/httpd: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libpcreposix.so.0: undefined symbol: pcre_compile2
[FAILED]


thinking that pcre lib may have problem which http , i have remove the
libpcreposix.so.0 , and try startup the apache service , but error
Starting httpd: /usr/sbin/httpd: error: /usr/lib/libpcreposix.so.0: no such object
