Installation of gpg

[ I posted this question to the General Linux Forum. Nobody answered. I think this is the correct forum. So I am posting here too.]

All this time I worked with Mandriva 2006. It went to hell while trying to install another Linux version. I lost my gpg keys. I must install the software and create the keys.

----------------------------------------------------------------
I want to install 'gpg' on my system. i run Fedora Core 5 on a 64bit computer.

[Nissanka@c83-250-99-43 ~]$ su root
Password:
[root@c83-250-99-43 Nissanka]# yum install 'GnuPG 1.4.5'
Loading "installonlyn" plugin
Setting up Install Process
Setting up repositories
core [1/3]
extras [2/3]
updates [3/3]
Reading repository metadata in from local files
Parsing package install arguments
No Match for argument: GnuPG 1.4.5
Nothing to do
[root@c83-250-99-43 Nissanka]#

What is the problem?
Your comments are welcome.
How can I download the gpg and install ?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
