Question Install software from main repository server not mirror server

Hi Experts

Recently, I need to install some software package from Debian system. i found the mirror server close to me are not accisssible. the installation always failed.

My question is, is there any way or configure file i could change to make the software installation only from Debian official repository not from any other mirror?

This is one thing I've always hated about Debian! Red Hat distros select the best available mirror automatically. I think that is in the Ubuntu version of Synaptic, but I'm not sure about Debian. If there's no automatic mirror selection in Synaptic, look at this
