incompatibility with Windows2000

I have triple boot in my harddisk. 1st boot:Windows2000, 2nd boot : Xp ,3rd boot Linux Mandrake9. But after I install my Linux, my 2000 run in a very sloooow mode, but my Xp is just fine.
I made 3 partitions using fdisk.I install 2000 first (7000 mb), then Xp(7000 mb), then Mandrake(4000mb for system,1000mb for swap file). Can anybody tell me wha is happening?

I don't use Windows 2000, but I have heard that Windows 2000 adds another partition when installing. Were you certain about your partitioning that you didn't remove any partitions the other OSs used?

Are there any tools in the Windows 2000 Recovery Console to diagnose Windows 2000 troubles?
