howto....folder permission

hello,
i have a computer with ubuntu edgy installed,
in that computer, i have a folder with a very old
dos programs. the folder is shared (samba) with other
three computers running windows 95.

my question is,
the folder permission is set to "server" as owner,
and "abipro" as group. i permit three users to connect
to that folder, "andrew", "dita", and "mei lan".
how can i set that folder to always give read-write
permission to those three users,
because sometimes the file within that folder, will
have different owner, and the group will have read only
access,

thank you

Make sure the users are in the group abipro and then do something like
Code:
chmod -R g+w /some/shared/directory
