How to up2date Mailscanner and SpamAssasin

Hi,

If any one let me know how can i up2date the Mailscanner and SpamAssasin package.

These packages are not part of RHN. so it is not possible to use 'up2date Mailscanner SpamAssasin'

So Any one please let me know, without reinstalling the above packages how can i update it.

I am using RHEL4.
