How to share files from a windows system to linux system


Hi
I am using Fedora 8 on my desktop and i have a LAN connected with two other systems which are working on windows, now i want to share files in between these windows system and my Linux system, how can i do it,

Do nfs does it, or any other , if so how to configure and share the files??

NFS is more suited to sharing files between unix boxes. When you have windows boxes as well, I'd recommends samba as the most convenient method (once it's set up). You could also use ftp, http, etc.

Sir,
I have found samba server in my linux distribution, I am unable to know how to configure it and use it and share the files. can u please tell me how to configure it and use it.
