How to install Qt 4?

I typed qt4 in Synaptic Package Manager and there were packages like libqt4 etc etc... I marked it for installation and a number of other software were selected too. Then downloaded and installed it... Everything was completed except one file, but then my internet got disconnected so I quit. But I now I cannot develop on Qt and when I create a Qt project in Eclipse (I integrted eclipse into Qt using the plugin available on Qt's site) and I get the following errors

Could not execute qmake (no Qt version set). Open Preferences->Qt and set a Qt version to use.

The package which was left was of 58 MB, I think. I can't get know wht package it was so I may install it. any help plz
