Wink how to get all to and from addresses in email.

Hi,
I have a problem. When i send email to a bulk of email-ids,am getting some mailer-demons(bounce mails) to my gmail account. How do i get all those bounced email ids? so that i can delete all those ids from my database. Is there any software? I am sending the mails from my mail server.
