Question How to admin apache?

(1): How do I check who is currently using my apache server?
(2): How do I check how many times a certain page has been viewed?
(3): How do I check how many times people have connected to my server on port 80 (or any port)?
(4): How do I do the above for a pureftp server?
(5): How do I check to see if my server is being a bot for malicious attacks on the net?

Server is running Fedora Core 2, the newest version of Apache and PureFTPD, ports 80 and 21 on the hardware firewall are open to the world, no anonymous users for FTP.

Also, is there any way to see what users have logged in or are logged in?

Apache generates log files ( usuallu under /var/log ), but to make it easier to get an over view try Webalizer.
