how can I do to delete these files?


There were some other usrs' files(folders) in my directory
And I changed the mode as root on command line
# chmod a+wr file
After I removed them to the trash I could not delete them any more
How can do
please give some help

Your most likely not the owner of the files.

Yup .. it happens in the best families. The solution is to go to the terminal and log in as root or su to root and change the ownership of the files back to you, then yo can delete them.
