hey iam not able to open www.irctc.co.in. can it be because of proxy setting if som

one can open it please lt me know how to doit . my browser says timeout.please share your proxy settings in control center.please help me out . ths site is really useful for me

I can open it - I have no proxy settings set. If you are on dial up it is possible that it is timing out - the site has a lot of graphics and javascript on it.
