The Sagem website has Linux drivers available for download (source code, so you'll need to build the driver but instructions are included). Info about getting your SpeedTouch modem to work under Linux can be found here.
What don't you understand? If I remember rightly, there's an install script in the tarball you download from Sagem's website. You should probably try running that..
