Help me move a web site from Windows to Linux

I just "inherited" a job maintaining a site that's hosted on a Windows isp. Yuk.

So I'm trying to convince the client to move it to a Linux host for god sakes.

I can rewrite pretty much everything, except it uses this:

http://www.affiliatewiz.com/

I have no idea what it's for (affiliate "management"? wtf?)

Anyway what's the open source equivalent of that?

If I can't replace that, I'm afraid the site will stay a Windows crack addict forever, supporting the redmond man.

thanks
