Actually /dev/video "is" a directory

I have in /dev video0, 1,2..............

So I added :device=/dev/video0

It sort of worked, things didn't look so good but at least I got a picture.

Thank You it's a step in the right direction.

Need to figure out how to get sound, and tune it.

Anyway youve been a great help thanks again.

I will probably be back to pick your brain a little more later on if you don't mind.

yes, i know it's a directory, that's why i know you're using devfs, even if you didn't
