Having trouble with Samba 3.0 on Linux

I have successfully installed Samba 3 on Linux Fedora 4, but the Windows computers cant write data to the shares on the Samba server. I can see the shares from the Windows XP computers, I just cant write anything in them.

I have Samba set for User mode.

Any help greatly appreciated.

You should post your smb.conf here.
Meanwhile try:
Code:
writable = yes
inside the definition of your shares
