hauppauge 350 and wine

I'm trying to load the program on the 350 cdrom.
the Hauppauge 350 card requires at least win98SE.
This command, #wine /mnt/cdrom/setup.exe , opens the setup window but it says I'm using win95 and it is unsupported.
www.winehq.org says that it supports win98SE.
I DLed the FC rpm and used file roller to install wine.
The 350 card is in the first PCI slot.
Is there some method to get the Hauppauge software to work with wine enough so I can use my 350 card?

Are you trying to run hauppage drivers from wine? You can't do that.

See:

for more documentation on how tv cards work in linux.
