Hauppauge 350, ivtv, kernel-source-2.6.8.1.24mdk

sys is 1.7ghz, 512 ram
120g /dev/hda, 160g /dev/hdb
cd/dvd-rw /dev/hdc, cd-rw /dev/hdd
Hauppauge 350
MDK 10.1

Trying to install mythtv to us a Hauppauge 350.
Having trouble with ivtv.
Someone suggested to:
Get kernel-2.6.8.1.24mdk-1-1mdk.i586.rpm and kernel-source-2.6-2.6.8.1-24mdk.i586.rpm and 'rpm -i' them both. Reboot and make sure to choose that kernel.
Then you should be able to compile ivtv. Note that the ivtv module will only work with that kernel.

kernel-2.6.8.1.24mdk-1-1mdk.i586.rpm installed okay.
The source did not.
I get this error message:
[root@localhost software]# rpm -i kernel-source*
error: kernel-source-2.6-2.6.8.1-24mdk.i586.rpm: V3 DSA signature: BAD, key ID 22458a98
error: kernel-source-2.6-2.6.8.1-24mdk.i586.rpm cannot be installed.

I downloaded it twice and got the same results.
How do I solve this?
Will this work anyway? I doubt it will but thought I'd ask.

Try including --nosignature.

This is good advice but it is missing one more thing. The gcc compiler version that was used to compile the kernel have to be the same or else module could crash Linux or it maybe glitchy. Mandrake comes with two versions but the version (I think 3.4) that they use is usually installed by default.
