good public yum repositories

I'm setting up a lab in the school where i teach and I'd like to make my server a yum repository. i've found very good instructions for doing it, but the public repository that the instructions recommend is really slow (or is being hit pretty hard) can anyone point me to a list of fedora core 3 repositories and (hopefully) recommendations for a good one?

thanks!
steve

The way I have mine set up, it will try another site if the first one fails. It's not set to use just one site.

Code:
[base]
name=Fedora Core $releasever - $basearch - Base
#baseurl=http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/$releasever/$basearch/os/
mirrorlist=http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors/fedora-core-$releasever
enabled=1
gpgcheck=1

[updates-released]
name=Fedora Core $releasever - $basearch - Released Updates
#baseurl=http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/$releasever/$basearch/
mirrorlist=http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors/updates-released-fc$releasever
enabled=1
gpgcheck=1

[updates-testing]
name=Fedora Core $releasever - $basearch - Test Updates
#baseurl=http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/testing/$releasever/$basearch/
mirrorlist=http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors/updates-testing-fc$releasever
enabled=0
gpgcheck=1

[development]
name=Fedora Core $releasever - Development Tree
#baseurl=http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/$basearch/
mirrorlist=http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors/fedora-core-rawhide
enabled=0

I should have added (in the original post) that I'm looking for a repository that my server can rsync to in order to build (and later) re-synchronize with. Then the clients in my lab can yum to my server

Check out the mirror list and see if you can use rsync on something there. http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors/

but, because I'm making a local repository, I need to rsync with the public repository. I didn't see any rsync servers listed.
