Unless metacity has fixed the 'feature' whereby you can't move windows off the top of the screen then I won't be using it. I hate the "we're right, you're wrong" attitude of the Gnome developers.

Well I just tried to install it...
...and neither build tool (jhbuild or garnome) will work! Sums up how crap the gnome project has become for me. jhbuild just says 'dependent module pycairo-1-0 not found' (it's there...) and garnome...well, garnome is just a hideous mess.

You can use pretty much any window manager instead of metacity
|
