Hey! I need to put one image on top of another, the bottom is a solid color, and I want the image going on top to be a slightly transparent color. As in "see through blue" type thing. I need to be able to see whats on the bottom layer, and yet see the color of the top image. How do I do this?
you can ajust the transparency of a layer in the layer dialog. So create a new layer, put in the contents and open the layer dialog (=>dialogs) to settle that.
