Free Pascal

PLEASE, HELP ME!
It has been a couple of days since I started having this problem, and nobody helped me. I'm trying to compile programs with Free Pascal, but I still didn't get it. My processor is intel inside celeron m. Should I install free pascal amd64/x86 64 or i386?
Now, everytime I try to compile something, it says
"bash: /usr/local/bin/fpc: cannot execute binary file"
Tnank you!

drop to a command line and enter :

i386

intel celeron is not an amd chip nor is the celeron a 64 bit chip. i386 packages are generally the most compitable for the different home intel chips.
